Hello My Lovelies . . . We're home and I'm, oh, soooo tired. I am totally delighted with the number of you that stayed with me during my absence and the number of comments you left for me. A big, big Mwah to you all!!
After having travelled thousands of kilometres, (I did none of the driving) I'm totally knackered! It's amazing how tired just sitting being a passenger can make you. No, really!!! Here are just a few of the things we saw during our travels that I thought you might enjoy and I have to tell you, much as I adore the beauty here in Andalucia the exquisite natural elegance of Central Portugal cannot be denied and I'll be off there again as soon as the opportunity arises!!
press on any of the images to enlarge.
It really enhances the capture!
Blissful . . .
Just Exhale . . .
Nature . . .
check out the abs on this guy!!!
Here, working the land is just a normal inland thing
to do . . . .
A few of the locals . . .
The roundabouts are all very decorous,
this one had a family of pigs that were just too cute for words!!
Gilbert and George love ducks . . .
. . there was a huge, huge field filled with these solar panels
. . . and then we saw these windturbines
strangely beautiful . . .
We picked and ate these berries and only afterwards did
I think, hey, take a photo! Trust me, they
were the sweetest most juiciest berries . . . ever!!
We picked an ate these fruit. They look prickly but actually are quite soft and
very, very sweet! Can't recall what they're called but
they're very common in Portugal and just grow freely in the countryside.
and old moorish castle . .
And as for me . . .
Until tomorrow My Lovelies . . .
Have a Fun Filled Friday ;-)
